. . .Wearing The Pants
I am extremely independent! If I can take care of something myself I am going to do just that. I have a hard time being babied for anything. Being pregnant hasn't changed that for you. Spencer left and I knew that I was going to have to take on a lot more responsibility. I was not only going to have to worry about work and some of the cleaning but now I needed to do ALL the cleaning, pay the bills, make sure the money got all switched from account to account/bank to bank, and make sure that the yard got taken care of as well. Plus I have the dogs to care for and need to prepare for the baby that would be coming shortly. Well, I must say that I feel like I have done one heck of a job. The dogs aren't starving, the house is clean, the bills are paid and are even paid early. I have the few things I really need step up for the baby and some I will wait for Spencer to help me out, so that he feels apart of everything. However, the yard is something that many have had a hard time with... I have done all the yard work since Spencer left, including mowing the lawn. Even my doctor gave me a funny look but agreed that if I felt up to it and like I could handle it, there is no reason I shouldn't be able to take care of it. So my independent personality continues and I have to say that I am quite proud of it.
